Relational Database Accounting System for Personal Computer

I tried to develop a personal computer accounting system using relational database by famous dBASEII in 1985. But my effort failed. Because dBASEII is not a relational database, it is only a imitation.In 1986, I tried again by using RBASE5000. RBASE5000 can perform fundamental operations explained by Dr. Date in his books, so we can admit it as a relational database.Relational database(=RBASE5000) realize profound effects on personal computer accounting system as follows.1.Accounting procedures change from "individual file" processing to versatile manipulation of files in multi-dimension data space. 2.It makes very easy to combine accounting data with non-accounting data in decision-making. 3.We can now utilize RAM disk up to 10 mega bytes for personal computer. Without RAM disk relational data base accounting system is very slow and unpractical tool for personal computer.I explained above points in my report "Elements of Relational Database Accounting System"
