Urophonographic studies of the lower urinary tract - A new approach to urodynamics -

1)研制了排尿过程尿道声音检测与记录系统。2)假定该过程为“尿音图”，记录为“尿音图”。3)在分析正常健康志愿者和前列腺肿瘤（包括良性和恶性）患者的基础上，对尿音图进行分类。展示了四种类型。4)尿路造影可用于：a)调查排尿功能障碍b)调查下尿路梗阻c)评估纠正尿流出障碍的治疗效果。尿声学检查将成为尿动力学研究的一种新方法。

1) The detection and recording systems for urethral sounds during micturition were developed.2) This procedure was postulated as " Urophonography " and its recording as " Urophonogram "3) Classification of urophonograms was undertaken on the basis of analysing normal healthy volunteers,and patients with prostatic tumors,both benign and malignant. Four types were demonstrated.4) Urophonography was useful for: a) Investigation of dysfunctional voiding b) Investigation on lower urinary tract obstruction c) Evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatments to correct the disturbances of the urinary outflow.5) Urophonography will be a new approach to urodynamic investigations.
