Co-operative Research for the Moral and Civil Education in France

这项合作研究是日本第一部通过整合专家们迄今在各个方面单独完成的工作来考察法国道德教育和公民教育的作品。研究的直接目的是澄清1985年在法国中小学课程中恢复的新的“教育公民”的目的、内容、方法和争议点。这一工作对我们审视21世纪价值教育(道德教育和公民教育)的原则和实践有一定的借鉴意义。此外。为了达到这一直接目的，有必要了解法国公民道德教育转型的全貌及其结构。这些研究成果基本达到了上述目的。《旧政权中的国家与人》、《17819人与公民权利宣言》、《第一次…》中的家庭教育功能分析第三共和国的更多阶段，第三共和国初期学校教育的世俗化，皮亚热道德教育理论分析，1985年修订的小学公民教育教科书和教师手册分析，今天法国小学公民教育的恢复，法国中学公民教育教科书和教师手册分析，等等。教师的形成与师范学校的公民教育，青少年问题与道德公民教育的关系，私立学校道德教育的实践与问题，法国的道德公民教育理念。这些文章都是印刷版的(约第220页)。这次合作研究还带来了一套关于法国公民道德教育的彩色幻灯片，一本文献书(约200页)。其中载有关于1985年修订的公民教育的主要规定、文章和会议文本--人权教育被翻译成日语，并附有一份不仅在法国而且在日本出版的大型书目清单。较少

This cooperative research is the first work in Japan to survey the moral and civil education in France by the integration of specialists'works which have up to the present individually done about its each aspect. The direct purpose of the research is to clarify the aim, content, method and debatable points of the new "education civique" which has been restored in the curriculum of french primary and secondary school at 1985. This work must bring us some points of view for the examination about the principle and practice of the value education (moral education and citizenship education) in the 21 century. In addition. to this direct purpose, it was necessary to know the whole view of the transition of the french moral-civil education and its structure.
