Plan of Medical Services and Right to Health

我们调查了石川县铃津市广木市人口稀少和高老龄化地区的医疗福利服务提供情况。那里没有医院，人们无法保留任何福利服务。结果我们发现，老、病、残的人无法在人口稀少的地区生活。所以他们去了石川最大的城市金泽医院，或者搬进了他们的孩子家。我们把这种现象称为另一种人口不足现象。我们将从多个角度研究这种现象。

We researched the condition of provisions of medical and welfare services in underpopulated and highly aged district, Hioki, Suzu city, Isikawa Prefecture.There are not a hospital and people can't reserve any welfare services.As a result We find that the people who are aged, sicked or handicapped can't live in underpopulated district.So they go to hospital in Kanazawa, the biggest city in Isikawa, or move into their children's house.We call this phenomenon an another underpopulating.We will study this phenomenon from various points of view.
