STUDY FOR DECAY PROCESSES OF OUTER MOST CORE HOLE IN BaF_2 BY MEANS OF PHOTO-ELECTRIC EMISSION MEASUREMENT

采用真空紫外光电发射测量和同步辐射光致发光测量方法，研究了氟化钡（BaF_2）和其他碱土氟化物（CaF_2和SrF_2）最外层核孔的衰变过程。在300K至80K的光发射和300K至20K的光致发光的几个温度下，获得了发光的光电产额光谱、发光光谱和激发光谱的温度依赖性。光电屈服谱是绝对测量的。从这些实验中可以看出，光电产率与交叉发光之间存在互补关系，光电产率与STE发光之间也存在互补关系，因为它们是相互竞争的过程。在铯卤化物CsCl和CsBr中也进行了类似的测量，并且在CsBr中观察到一个有趣的现象，即俄歇自由过程（交叉发光）表现出强烈的温度依赖性。

Decay processes of outer-most core hole in barium fluoride BaF_2, as well as in other alkali earth fluorides CaF_2 and SrF_2, are studied by means of vacuum UV photoelectric emission measurement and of photoluminescence measurement by the use of synchrotron radiation as a light source. Temperature dependences of photelectric yield spectra, luminescence spectra, and excitation spectra of the luminescence are obtained at several temperatures in these measurements, photoemission from 300K to 80K and photoluminescence from 300K to 20K.The photoelectric yield spectra are absolutely measured. From these experiments, it is revealed that there are complementary relations between the photoelectric yield and cross luminescence, and also between the photoelectric yield and STE luminescence because each of them is mutually a competing process.Similar measurements in cesium halides CsCl and CsBr are also performed, and in CsBr, an interesting phenomena that Auger free process (cross luminescence) exhibits a strong temperature dependence is observed.
