LOGITUDINAL STUDY ON INFULENCE OF CHILD REARING ENVIRONMENT TO DEVELOPMENT OF SLEEP AND BEHAVIOR IN PREMATURE INFANTS.

本研究的目的是调查（1）新生儿监护病房中恒定光照对早产儿生物节律和儿童期行为的纵向影响，以及（2）在新生儿监护病房中长期接受恒定光照的早产儿在44周校正后的睡眠-觉醒节律发育迟缓。结果，44名早产儿赶上了给定的出生后时期，在睡眠-觉醒节律，唾液皮质醇的昼夜节律和儿童期的行为发育方面没有差异，对40例出生后2 ~ 4岁的足月儿进行观察，发现新生儿重症监护病房的8例早产儿觉醒时间明显少于出院的44例早产儿从那里大约40周的纠正，他们在白天比晚上睡得更长。他们指出，在新生儿监护室的昼夜节律的夹带困难。

The purpose of this study were to investigate (1) longitudinal influence of constant light in neonatal care unit to biological rhythm and behavior in childhood of preterm infants, and (2) devlopmental retardation of sleep-wake rhythm in preterm infants who admitted in neonatal care unit with constant light in the long term onward 44 corrected weeks. As results, 44 preterm infants caught up in a given postnatal period, to show no differences in sleep-wake rhythm, circadian rhythm of saliva cortisol, and behavior development in childhood, from 40 term infants in the same postnatal 2 to 4 year of age.We first found also that the 8 preterm infants in neonatal intensive care unit had significant smaller wakefulness time than 44 preterm infanrts who had discharged from there around 40 corrected weeks, and that they slept longer in day time than in night. They indicated difficulty in entrainment of diurnal rhythm in neonatal care unit.
