On educational evaluation and its practice on the new view point of scholarship by proposed the Ministry of Education

(1)提出了一种利用模糊积分评价的新方法。这种方法是基于MONBUSYO提出的新的学术观点。我们用这种新方法代替了相对评价法。据说在艺术课上客观评价学生是很困难的。本文介绍了模糊积分评价在艺术课中的应用。感性被定义为对即将到来的产品的心理感受和形象。本文提出感性评价，即教师和学生用感性评价的语言来表达感性和意象。所以它被翻译成数值，这是评估元素，这是感性。这种感性评价必须是一种对学生友善并受到鼓励的方法。教师评价中包含学生的自我评价是绝对评价。我们报告这一评价的理论。

(1) This paper shows a new method that uses the Fuzzy Integral Evaluation. This method is based on the new view point of scholarship by proposed MONBUSYO.We use this new method instead of the Relative Evzaluation. It is said that evaluating student objectively in art classes is very difficult. We show the way how to use the Fuzzy Integral Evaluation in art classes.Kansei is defined with psychological feeling and image on the coming product. In this paper, we proposed Kansei evaluation that ateacher and a pupil expressed sensitivty and an image by a language with sensitivity evaluation. So it is translated in the numerical value that is evaluation element and there is with Kansei. This Kansei evaluation must be a method that is kind to a pupil and is encourged. It is the absolute evaluation that take in selfevaluation of pupil in evaluation of teacher. We reporte the theory of this evaluation.
