Design of Computerized Guidance System for Career Planning based on World Wide Web

本研究旨在设计一套以网际网路为基础的生涯规划电脑化辅导系统，并探讨此系统对未决定大学生生涯规划的影响。基于万维网的职业生涯规划系统的优点是不依赖于计算机的操作系统，它的三个基本概念是让学生了解自己在职业生涯规划中需要什么样的信息，了解职业生涯决策的过程，模拟自己的职业生涯决策过程。职业生涯决策模拟部分采用层次分析法（AHP）构建.封面和打开菜单。2.什么是职业决策？3.如何了解职业信息。如何认识自己5决策的逻辑学6.职业生涯决策的模拟.职业数据库。结果表明，该系统提高了学生对职业生涯规划的兴趣，为学生的职业生涯规划提供了有效的支持。

The purpose of this study is to design a computerized guidance system for career planning based on the World Wide Web and to investigate the effect of this system on undecided university students. The merit to base on the World Wide Web is that this system doesn't depend on the operation system of the computers they use.The three concepts of this system are that the students know what kind of information they need when they make their career planning and learn the process of career decision making, and simulate their career decision making.This system has eight parts as follows. The part of simulation of career decision making is constructed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) procedure.1. Cover Page and Opening Menu.2. What is Career Decision Making?3.
