Study of the index which evaluates corporation activity toward integrated chemicals management

本研究的主要目的是提升一个社会的化学品综合管理能力。我们制定了企业化学品综合管理活动的评价指标，旨在提高企业的自愿管理水平。研究结果如下：1.建立了评价轴的基本概念。作为化学品综合管理评价轴的基本概念，我们开发了三个轴，即科学轴(丰富科学基础)、能力轴(个人和组织的能力)和绩效轴(成就、与客户的合作情况和/或向社会披露的信息)。2.评价指标的基本框架系统化。：评价要素系统化。评价指标包括危害评价、暴露评价、风险评价和风险管理。3.建立评价指标清单。：我们总结了评价要素清单，以便对企业活动进行评价。评价内容由67个问题组成。每个问题有五个选项。4.企业活动问卷调查的实施。利用所开发的评价体系进行问卷调查。这一系统对于评估公司在化学品综合管理方面的活动的细微差别非常有用。通过继续这项调查，可以观察到每个企业的管理能力的变化。5.专业测试/评估机构的指标原型。在企业经营活动评价指标的基础上，制定了在化学品综合管理中发挥重要作用的专业检测/评估机构的原型指标。

The main object of this research is to enhance the capability of the integrated chemicals management in a society. We developed the evaluation index concerning the corporate activities of integrated chemicals management in order to aim the improvement of voluntary management by corporations. The following results were obtained.1.Establishment of the basic concept of the evaluation axes. : As the basic concept of the evaluation axes for integrated chemicals management, we developed three axes named SCP axes, i.e. Science axis (enrichment of science basis), Capacity axis (ability of persons and organization), and Performance axis (achievement, situation of cooperation with clients, and/or information disclosure to society).2.Systematization of the basic framework of evaluation index. : The evaluation elements were systematized. The evaluation index covers hazard assessment, exposure assessment, risk assessment and risk management.3.Creation of the list of evaluation index. : We summarized the list of the evaluation elements in order to evaluate the corporate activities. The evaluation elements consisted of 67 questions. Each question has five choices.4.Implementation of the questionnaire survey on the corporate activity. : We carried out the questionnaire survey by using the developed evaluation system. This system was very useful to evaluate the slight differences in corporate activities concerning integrated chemicals management. It is possible to watch the change of management ability of each corporate by continuing this survey.5.Prototype of index for specialized tests/assessment institutions. : On the basis of the evaluation index for the corporate activities, we made the prototype index for specialized tests/assessment institutions which played an important function in integrated chemicals management.
