Development of porous cement composite using recycled materials

利用废旧骨料、砖、石材、木屑、再生混凝土、贝壳、棕榈油灰渣等各种再生材料制成不同尺寸和厚度的多孔水泥复合板，在不同的边界条件下进行了弯曲试验、压缩试验、耐久试验、剪切和拔出试验等一系列试验。在此基础上建立了新的开裂应力方程和极限弯矩方程。短期和长期的研究结果表明，多孔水泥复合板可以作为混凝土和土结构的构件。

Porus cement composite panel with different sizes and thickness were made using various recycled materials such as used aggregate, bricks, stone, wood chips, recycled concrete, shell husk and palm oil fuel ash etc. A series of experiments such as bending tests, compression tests, durability tests, and shear and pullout tests were performed with different boundary conditions. New equations of cracking stress and ultimate bending moment were developed based on the analytical equations. Results of short term and long term studies showed that the porus cement composite panel can be used as the component of concrete and soil structures.
