本研究是在有研究型社区课程的学校中，观察多元文化整合研究课程的发展与社区学校发展的关系，学生有为社区作出贡献的意识。社区人为学校、为学生做出贡献，使学生具有为社区做出贡献的意识，学校和教师必须获取社区信息，引导学生能够研究社区。学生的乡土意识是在研学共同体中成长起来的。在日本综合性的跨文化学习中，学生不研究团体，老师不引导学生研究自己喜欢的事情。因为日本的教育委员会有时会命令学校和老师让学生自主行动。因此，学生有时不会选择社区事务。但在学生和学校选择…主题的情况下社区发展越多，学生们就越满意。社区人成为合作学校活动的学生，成为社区的骄傲，成为贡献社区的人。这些为社会做贡献的心与为社会、为他人做贡献的心是相连的。校长必须有信念来规划与学科和综合多元文化研究有关、与学校角色中的综合多元文化研究和社区有关的课程，校长要安排教师进行综合多元文化研究的规划。教师对社区进行多元文化整合研究，社区多元文化整合研究有助于社区的发展，社区的发展有助于积极学习和学校活动的开展。我们揭示了社区研究与社区学校发展的重要关系。较少

This study is observation of relationship between development of curriculum about integrated multicultural studies and development of community school In the school which has curriculum about research community, Student has consciousness of contribution for community. Community people contribute to school and student, so student become to have consciousness of contribution for community.School and teacher have to get the information of community, and guide student to be able to research community. Provincialism of student is growing up during researching community. And student become to have a pride of knowledge and confidence.In Japanese integrated multi-cultural studies, Student don't research community And teacher guide students research matter about favorite things.
