Population genetic studies on features of gene evolution in tree species with contrasting population structures

物种在种群结构和生活史上存在差异。为了探讨这些差异对基因进化的影响，我们对柏科和芸香科3种特征树种的遗传变异进行了研究。结果表明，这4个物种在种群结构和生活史方面具有不同的遗传结构。我们还发现了一些反映这些属性的选择行为的例子。

Species differ in their population structure and life history. In order to investigate effects of these differences on gene evolution, we investigated genetic variation in three characteristics tree species belonging to Cupressaceae and Rutaceae. We found that these four species have different genetic structures shaped by their attributes concerning population structure and life history. Also we found a few examples of action of selection reflecting those attributes.
