A Philological Study of Modern Chinese Theories on Calligraphy

本研究通过对日本国内外图书馆、博物馆收藏的不为人知的近代中国书法理论进行梳理，并对其进行文字学考察，以影印、再版的形式出版，为今后的书法理论研究奠定基础。在我们调查的三年中，九份这样的书法理论文献的大部分内容已经重印出版，并对书法理论史的回顾做出了基本的考虑。在未来，我们打算继续我们的研究，以建立一个调查文献的语料库。

This study aims to establish a foundation for the future study of theories on calligraphy by bringing to light not commonly known modern Chinese theories on calligraphy held in libraries and museums in Japan and abroad, philologically examining them, and publishing the materials as photocopies and reprints. During three years of our survey, most of the content of nine such documents on calligraphic theories have been reprinted and published, and a basic consideration toward a retrospective look at the history of theories on calligraphy has been made. In the future, we intend to continue our research to create a corpus of surveyed literature.
