Preventive effect of sesaminol on life style-related disease

芝麻胺是一种从芝麻中提取的具有有益生理活性的木脂素。研究了芝麻氨基甘油三酯对大鼠脂质代谢的影响。以脱脂芝麻为原料，提取皂荚胺醇甘油三酯。芝麻素甘油三酯不影响血清和肝脏脂质水平，而芝麻素降低血清甘油三酯水平。芝麻素组和芝麻素组肝脏中d-生育酚含量均高于对照组。这些结果表明，芝麻胺醇甘油三酯与芝麻素一样具有抗氧化活性。

Sesaminol is a lignan with beneficial physiological activities derived from sesame. Effects of sesaminol triglycoside on lipid metabolism were investigated in rats. Sessaminol triglycoside was extracted from defatted sesame seed. Sesaminol triglycoside did not affect on serum and liver lipid levels, while sesamin decreased serum triglyceride level. d-Tocopherol contents in the liver were higher in sesaminol and sesamin groups compared to control group. These results suggest that sesaminol triglycoside exerts antioxidative activity as sesamin.
