Relationship between psychological stress evaluated by salivary Chromogranin and oral habits

通过测定实验性心理应激引起的唾液嗜铬粒素A浓度的变化来评价心理应激的反应类型。同时，对磨牙症和牙齿接触的口腔习惯由原始的新问题者进行检查。提示正常应激反应型受试者的口腔习惯相对较少。实验应激可使大鼠咀嚼肌电活动增强，并可能诱发了大鼠的口腔习惯。提示磨牙症习惯与颞下颌关节紊乱病主观症状或体征的关系。

The reaction types for psychological stress were evaluated by measuring change of the concentrations of salivary Chromogranin A caused by experimental psychological stress. Concurrently the oral habits of bruxism and teeth-contact were examined by original new questioners. It was suggested that the subjects divided into normal stress reaction type had relatively small amount of oral habits. The electromyographic activities of masticatory muscles were increased by experimental stress and oral habits might have been induced. The relationship between bruxism habits and subjective symptom or sign of temporomandibular disorders was suggested.
