DEVELOPMENT OF AN ECOLOGICAL ORIENTED STRENGTH MODEL IN PSYCHIATRIC NURSING

本研究旨在发展一种以生态为导向的精神科护理力量模式，并提出一种架构，以建立并测试与精神障碍者及其周边环境(如学校、工作、社区及社会文化价值)护理相关的概念。以力量为导向的护理模式的核心类别包括发现力量、尊重人的愿望和经验以及与人合作。与“力量”有关的社会文化因素包括精神残疾人的参与、多元化网络和包容性社区。

This study aimed to develop an ecological-oriented strength model in psychiatric nursing and to propose a framework to create and test concepts pertinent to nursing care for persons with psychiatric disabilities and their surrounding environment such as school, work, community and sociocultural values. Core categories for the strength-oriented nursing model include discovery of strength, respect for the person's wish and experiences, and collaboration with the person. Sociocultural factors related to "strength" include participation of persons with psychiatric disabilities, multiplex network, and inclusive community.
