Development of Methodology for Mental Health Support inResource-Poor Communities

本研究旨在从个体内在的个人资源和社区内部的社会文化资源两个角度探讨农村妇女心理健康的相关因素，探讨资源贫困社区心理健康教育的发展。与心理健康有关的因素包括身体健康状况、个人应对技能、农业生产力、社区内代内和代间关系以及社区信任和凝聚力。一个协作互动的方法，利用和提高个人的应对技能和社区的代内和代间的关系被认为是一个重要的因素，在发展心理健康的支持。

This study aimed to explore factors related to mental health of rural women from the perspective of personal resources inherent in individuals and social and cultural resources within the community; and to discuss the development of mental health supportin resource-poor communities. Factors related to mental health include physical health status, individual coping skills, agricultural productivity, intragenerational and intergenerational relations in the community, and community trust and cohesiveness. A collaborative interactive approach to utilize and enhance individual coping skills and community intragenerational and intergenerational relations is indicated as an important factor in developing mental health support.
