Epidemiological studies of Chagas disease and prevention measures by the transfusion from Latin American in Japan

恰加斯病是由克氏锥虫通过输血感染的，这在拉丁美洲是一种特殊的疾病。本病病原体感染的存在是对日本的日基拉丁美洲人进行的检查。旨在通过输血预防我国二次感染。结果1108例抗体阳性者检出15例。虽然在日本经历了16次献血，但没有病原体职业生涯。但今后有必要在献血现场更有力地推进恰加斯病的输血感染预防措施。

The Chagas disease is infected by Trypanosoma cruzi through a blood transfusion which is a peculiar disease in Latin America. The presence of the infection of pathogen of this disease was examined for the Nikkey Latin American in Japan. It is aiming at the second infection prevention by the transfusion in our country. 15/1108 antibody positivity people were detected as a result. There was neither pathogen career though there were 16 blood donation experienced in Japan. However, it is necessary to advance the transfusion infection prevention measures of the Chagas disease more strongly in the future on the blood donation site.
