Practical Institutionalization Process of Local Administration System in Modern France : Regional Comparative Approach

人们常说，近代早期即波旁王朝开始以来的法国是“中央集权国家”的典范。我们的研究旨在通过分析三个部门档案馆（Ille-et-Vilaine, Cote-d'Or, Herault）保存的文件来判断这种说法是否正确，以明确中央集权国家核心的行政体制制度化是如何在地方层面实现的。我们从研究中得出结论，关于政治和行政行为者的治理合法性存在许多冲突和试错。

It is commonly said that France since the early modern age, i.e. the beginning of the Bourbon dynasty, is a model of "centralized state." Our research intended to judge whether this argument is true or not by analyzing the documents conserved in three Departmental Archives (Ille-et-Vilaine, Cote-d'Or, Herault) in order to make clear how the institutionalization of administrative system, core of centralized state, was realized at a local level. We conclude, from the research, that there were many conflicts and trials-and-errors about the legitimacy of Governance concerning political and administrative actors.
