Systems and qualifications of higher technological education in French-speaking countries : conservation of tradition and adaptation to globalism

当今世界，高等教育及其学位制度的改革不仅是发达国家的改革，也是发展中国家的改革。本研究以正处于教育改革大运动中的前法属印度支那地区的亚洲国家和正在走向高等教育制度协调的欧洲国家为例，可以肯定的是，不应该对教育制度本身进行分析，而应该将劳动力市场、产业界、各国历史等各种因素结合起来进行分析。

Today, the higher education and its degree system are required to meet the needs of internationalization/globalization, and the reforms are carried out not only in the developed countries but also in developing ones. This research examined two cases : the Asian countries of former French Indo-Chine region who are in the big movement of reform of education, and European countries moving towards a harmonization of higher education system, and we could confirm that the education system should not be analyzed in itself, but together with the various factors such as the labor market, the industrial circles, the history of each country.
