Deciding factor of dual channel in the franchise system

本研究探讨了日本的特许经营制度，特别关注了双轨制。对过去对研究和企业的调查结果进行了调查。研究发现，知识是现代特许经营体系的关键因素；然而，它一直被忽视为特许经营制度的决定性因素。此外，特许人的情况已经得到了很好的研究，但对加盟商方面的关注并不多。

This study discusses the franchise system in Japan, with special focus on the dual system. The results of a past survey on research and enterprise were investigated. It was found that knowledge is a key factor of the modern franchise system ; however, it has been disregarded as a deciding factor of the franchise system. Moreover, the condition of the franchisor has been well researched but not much attention has been paid to the franchisee side.
