A Study on The Efficient Distribution System of Organic Products in Japan

在本研究中，我们探讨了在满足消费者安全需求的前提下，高效配送农业系统的可行性。具体而言，将有机农产品作为安全农产品，考察了建立直接交易模式农户和零售商的可能性。结果是，没有激励生产者参与农产品贸易。直接模式的小型果蔬零售商和小规模农业生产除非给予他们激励，否则得出的结论是这是站不住脚的。

In this study, we discussed the feasibility of efficient distributing agricultural systems with responding to the needs of consumers for safety. Concretely, pick up organic products as safe agricultural products, examined the possibility of establishment of direct trading model farmers and retailers. Results were that no incentives for producers to participate in agricultural trade. Direct model of a small fruit and vegetable retailers and small-scale agricultural production unless they are given incentives led to the conclusion that this does not hold.
