Development of rapid analysis method of drugs of abuse used for forensic science and clinical chemistry

本研究建立了高效液相色谱/飞行时间质谱仪(LC/TOF-MS)测定滥用药物MDMA、TFMPP及相关非法药物和精神活性药物苯二氮卓类、哌醋甲酯、甲基苯丙胺的方法，该方法具有高灵敏度、高准确度、高准确度、高灵敏度的特点。此外，还开发了一种新的样品前处理方法--固相分散萃取(SPDE)。此外，为了便于SPDE法的操作，还发明了一种名为离心式过滤单元的新型装置。

In this study, determination of abused drugs such as MDMA, TFMPP, and related illegal drugs, and psychoactive drugs such as benzodiazepines, methylphenidate and methamphetamine has been developed by liquid chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC/TOF-MS), which is able to measure accurate mass with high sensitivity and high accuracy. Furthermore, a new pretreatment method so-called solid-phase dispersive extraction (SPDE) has been also developed for sample purification. In addition, a novel apparatus named a centrifugal filtration filter unit was invented for the purpose of simple and easy operation of the SPDE method.
