The development of bone augmentation using the calcium carbonate of scallop shell and gelatin composite

将扇贝壳碳酸钙(CCSS)分别制成0.03mol、0.05mol和0.1mol的明胶复合体。含1%戊二醛和0.1molCCSS的复合材料效果最好。结论：含0.1mol CCSS的复合材料在生物材料中具有一定的应用价值。它在动物身上进行了实验，以确认骨的形成。滴加重组人PDGF-BB的复合材料植入背部皮下，未见成骨现象。然而，观察到复合材料内部有组织侵袭。从这一结果来看，重组人PDGF-BB对早期组织再生是有用的。含有细胞的复合材料形成了新骨。

0.03mol, 0.05mol and 0.1mol calcium carbonate of scallop shell (CCSS) were contained in gelatin composite. 1%glutaraldhyde and 0.1mol CCSS contained composite was better than others. I conclude that the composite of 0.1mol contained CCSS was useful for biomaterials. It experimented on the animal for the confirmation of bone formation. The composites with dropping rhPDGF-BB were transplanted in subcutaneous back, bone formation was not observed. However tissue invading inside the composite was observed. From this result, rhPDGF-BB was useful for early tissue regeneration. The composite with cell formed a new bone.
