International Comparative Studies on Intellectual Property Management

本研究阐明了美国电气公司的企业专利管理是在1890年左右现代商业企业创建过程中形成的。企业专利管理是企业专利事务部门根据企业战略实施专利政策的一项行政职能。并且，还澄清了日本公司的专利管理是从20世纪20年代美国公司在日本的全球业务转移过来的；在第二次世界大战后经济快速增长的时代，特别发展了引进外国技术和发展原始技术等主题。

This study clarified that the corporate patent management of the US electrical company was formed in the course of creation of modern business enterprises around 1890. The corporate patent management is an administrative function for company to execute its patent policy in accordance with its corporate strategy, by a department in charge of patent affairs. And, it was also clarified that a Japanese corporate patent management was transferred from global operations by US companies in Japan in 1920s ; thereafter developed peculiarly keeping up with such subjects of introduction of foreign technology and development of original technology during era of swift economic growth after world war II.
