Empirical study of systematic evaluation system in teacher preparation program

通过对美国教师培训项目的案例研究，阐明了建立系统的教师培训项目评估体系应具备的特点；协调教师、教育者、合作教师和其他教职员工等之间的系统评估、合作和交流的组织或系统。日本方面，对教师培训项目进行问卷调查。为了推进包括系统评价在内的教师教育质量保证，很多受访者认为准备后续调查、教师之间的合作、教师的积极投入是最重要的挑战。

Through the case study in U.S., the following characters were clarified for establishing a systematic evaluation system in teacher preparation program ; Organization or system that coordinates the systematic evaluation, cooperation and communication among teacher educators, cooperating teachers, and other faculty members, and so forth. In terms of Japan, the questionnaire survey was conducted for teacher preparation programs. In order to pushing through quality assurance of teacher education including systematic evaluation, a lot of respondents regarded preparing for follow-up survey, cooperation among faculty members, active commitment of faculty members as most important challenges.
