Development of Biomaterials using Multi-Sugar Modified Dendritic Polymers with Fluorocarbon Chain

本研究的目的是利用树枝状聚合物来开发高性能的生物材料，树枝状聚合物是一种具有明确尺寸和端基数量的分子纳米结构。我们设计合成了含一个碳氟链或一个碳氢链的两亲性树枝状聚合物，并将其糖改性聚合物在水中自组装。结果表明，树枝状聚合物的生成数和溶液的pH值对其物化性能有一定的影响。

The purpose of this study is to develop biomaterials with high performances by using dendritic polymer which is molecular nanoarchitectures of well-defined size and number of terminal groups. We designed and synthesized amphiphilic dendritic polymers with one fluorocarbon or one hydrocarbon chain and their sugar-modified polymers due to be self-assembled in water. It was proved that their physicochemical properties were influenced by the generation number of dendritic polymers and pH in solution.
