The management of the history of the renovation works of the condominiums based on detailed cost estimate and bills of quantities

本研究得到建筑公司集团、设计单位及公寓单位业主协会的合作，并针对公寓装修工程中的施工契约现况进行调查。确认了重新计量合同作为承包工程的方法是普遍存在的。分析了具有变量的装修工程施工合同的特点。

This study received the cooperation of construction company group and the design offices and the unit owners associations of the condominiums, and investigated the actual condition of the construction contract in the renovation works of the condominiums. It was confirmed the remeasurement contract was widespread as the method of contracting construction. The feature of the construction contract in renovation work with a variable was arranged.
