Is there any common pathogenesis between autism spectrum disorder and bipolar disorder

对39例自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)患者、41例双相情感障碍(BD)患者和52例15~29岁健康体检者进行了罗夏墨迹反应检测。ASD组和BD组的“纯F%”和“Fm”两项贵重物品的得分与健康人相比均有显著差异。两种贵重物品的得分与自闭症谱商显著相关。并用扩散张量成像方法初步研究了三组间的分数各向异性(FA)值。与ASD组和正常对照组比较，BD组的胼胝体压部FA值明显降低，ASD组和合并BD组的FA值最低。

Rorschach ink blot reactions were examined among 39 subjects with autism spectrum disorder(ASD), 41 subjects with bipolar disorder(BD) and 52 healthy individuals, aged 15 to 29 year, respectively. The score of the valuables designated as' pure F%' and' FM' was significantly different in both the subjects with ASD and the subjects with BD compared to healthy individuals. The score of both valuables significantly correlated with the Autism-spectrum Quotient. Also, fractional anisotropy(FA) values were investigated preliminarily among these three groups using diffusion tensor imaging method. While FA value in the splenium of corpus callosum was significantly lower in subjects with BD than in subjects with ASD and healthy subjects, FA value was the lowest in subjects with ASD and comorbid BD.
