Developing the educational program for the third-year transfer students of a nursing college

摘要本研究旨在探讨护理学院转三年级学生护理学学习的教学方案。通过对目前为转校生自主制定的护理学教育方案中转校生学习护理学所面临的问题进行梳理，探讨如何对转校生进行教育指导以提高护理学学习效率。在以上结果的基础上，我们有意识地制定教育方案，认识到他们会真诚地接受自己的现状，认识到他们的挑战，每个人都会对学习护理科学产生敬畏之心，从而体现出对护理科学的探究精神。

The purpose of this present study is to develop the educational program for the third-year transfer students of a nursing collage when they learn nursing science. We clarified the learning problems facing transfer students when they learn nursing science in the current educational program developed independently for them, and examined the educational guidance to improve the efficiency of learning nursing science. We came to realize that they would sincerely accept the status quo of their own when we intentionally developed the educational program based on the above results and that each of them would feel the sense of awe towards learning nursing science through realizing their challenges, which would lead to the manifestation of spirit of inquiry into nursing science.
