Localization of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus in Diaphorina citri(Hemiptera : Psyllidae)

柑橘黄粉虫如果以受感染的柑橘树为食，不一定会传播与黄龙病或柑橘绿化病相关的细菌--亚洲假丝酵母(Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus，LAS)。我们通过针对细菌16S核糖体RNA的寡核苷酸探针原位杂交，研究了LAS阳性但不可传播的柑橘粉虫成虫中LAS的定位。在非传播性LAS阳性金黄色葡萄球菌的组织切片中，在滤室、中肠、椭圆形中检测到了显示目标的显著信号。

Diaphorina citri will not always transmit Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus(Las), the bacterium associated with the disease of huanglongbing or citrus greening, if the vector fed on infected citrus tree. We investigated the localization of Las in Las-positive but non-transmissible D. citri adults by oligonucleotide-probed in situ hybridization targeted to the bacterial 16S ribosomal RNA. The significant signals showing the targets were detected in the filter chamber, midgut, ovalies in tissue sections of non-transmissible Las-positive D. citri.
