Developing Bourdieu's Theory of Fields and Franco-Japanese Comparisons of Social Recognition in Work

本研究的重点是关于知识作为一个领域的习惯的社会认可问题。从布迪厄的场域理论到法国学派的多维工作组织理论，以关怀工作为中心，运用定性的方法进行了国际比较。这一程序包括在不同的社会背景下寻找动态关系：法国公司外的劳动力市场与当地社区相反，以及公司内部的劳动力市场与日本当地社区兼容。

The present study is focused on a question of social recognition concerning knowledge as habitus in a field. Bridging from Bourdieu's theory of fields to French school's multi-dimensional theory of work organization, the international comparisons based on qualitative method have been conducted, focusing on work of caring. This procedure consist in finding dynamic relations in different societal contexts : labour market outside of company opposed to local community in France, and labour market inside of company compatible with local community in Japan.
