Transformation of Welfare Policy and Politics in Contemporary Germany

在本研究中，我明确了统一后的德国福利国家的特征和政治因素。德国福利国家不仅具有埃斯平-安徒生研究中所指出的“保守”特征，而且具有社会民主主义特征。在福利国家不断扩大的紧缩和转型阶段，保守党和社会民主党都发挥了重要作用。

In this research, I clarified the feature and political factor of the welfare state in re-unified Germany. German welfare state had not only "conservative" characteristic, as pointed out in Esping-Andersen's research, but also social democratic one. The expanding years of retrenchment and transformation phase of welfare state, both of conservative and social democratic parties played important role.
