Worker-Manager Relations and Work Incentive in Russia

在本研究中，我通过与包括日本在内的其他国家的比较，从经济制度的角度探讨了俄罗斯工人周围利益相关者的利益和工作动机。围绕工人的利益相关者的利益具有家长式的特征，这表明俄罗斯工人没有很强的激励来提高工作生产率。另一方面，我们可以在俄罗斯工人的行为或工人与管理者的关系中找到一定的合理性。这意味着考虑到俄罗斯社会原创性的制度或政策在提高工作生产率方面是不可或缺的。

In this research I approached interests of stakeholders surrounding workers and work motivation in Russia from the viewpoint of economic system, based on a comparison with other countries including Japan. Interests of stakeholders around workers are characterized by paternalism and this indicates that Russian workers do not have strong incentives to enhance work productivity. On the other hand, we can find a certain rationality in the behaviour of Russian workers or worker-manager relationship in Russia. This means that institutions or policy which take into account the originality of Russian society are indispensable in enhancing work productivity.
