Mechanisms of postoperative pain after laparotomy

本研究的目的是探讨剖腹手术后疼痛的机制。大鼠腹部皮肌加腹膜切口（P组）与皮肌切口（S组）相比，明显减少自发性运动，增加疼痛相关行为的发生率。P组胸背角神经元自发活动明显增加，而s组无明显变化。鞘内给予NMDA受体拮抗剂可抑制P组行为和电生理实验的变化。

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mechanisms of postoperative pain after laparotomy. Skin and muscle plus peritoneum incision on the rat abdomen(group P) markedly reduced spontaneous movements and increased the incidence of pain-related behaviors compared with skin and muscle incision(group S). Spontaneous activities of thoracic dorsal horn neurons in group P significantly increased, whereas they did not change in group S. The changes in behavioral and electrophysiological experiments in group P were inhibited by intrathecal administration of NMDA receptor antagonists.
