Action research of Postpartum follow-up nursing system for GDM womenin regional Maternal and child health care

本研究旨在建立区域妇幼保健中GDM妇女产后随访护理体系。与社区卫生机构一起进行了行动研究。结果，通过学习会，加深了社区卫生机构对GDM的认识，制作了教育宣传单和信息共享记录表，并进行了调查，在两个地区增加了GDM的健康教育。我们启动了1家医院和2家社区卫生机构的GDM妇女产后随访护理系统。

This study aims to develop the postpartum follow-up nursing system for GDM women in regional Maternal and child health care. Action research was carried out with community health agencies. As a result, understanding of GDM in community health agencies deepened through study meeting, education leaflets and recording sheet of information sharing has been developed, and survey was conducted, health education about the GDM has been added in the two regions. We started the postpartum follow-up nursing system for GDM women with 1 hospital and 2 community health agencies.
