Construction of the technical bases for conservation genetics in Aegagropila linnaei in Lake Akan

I developed microsatellite markers in Aegagropia linnaei, a green algae that distributes in Lake Akan. However, polymorphic loci were not captured in this study duration. I also considered optimum conditions which allow the nuclear-phase analysis that covers a single fragment specimen. Due to extremely low DNA content in a single fragment specimen, the nuclear-phase analysis using flow cytometry was impossible.
