The social work practicum program and support in the institutions for migrant clients and people with foreign roots

我试图为社会工作者开展一个培训计划。该方案以调查结果为基础，涵盖了支持流动人口母亲和儿童的机构。使用该机构的流动母亲和儿童经历和面临着家庭暴力、虐待、人口贩运、离婚等危机情况。为了与受助人形成足够的支持关系，评估或解决问题，要求工作人员不仅要了解语言技能，还要了解社会工作专业的专业技能、知识、道德和价值观。在教育项目的发展背景下，从全球标准的角度来看，实践必要性理论体系显然涵盖了社会工作教育中的文化层面。

I tried to carry out a training program for social workers. The program based on the result of survey which covered agencies supports migrant mothers and children. Migrant mothers and children who use the agencies have experienced and faced with crisis situation, such as domestic violence, abuse, human trafficking, divorce and so on. In order to formation of sufficient supports relation with client and assess or solve the problem, workers are requested to understand not only language skills but also special skills, knowledge, ethics and value of social work profession.In the context of the development of the education program, it was clear that necessities of practice theory system embraced the cultural aspects in the social work education from the point of view of the global standard.
