Elucidation of the dynamic interaction with the cell - cell adhesion and the cell - extracellular matrix adhesion in the epidermal keratinocytes.

本研究的目的是探讨表皮角质形成细胞中细胞-细胞粘附和细胞-细胞外基质粘附的动态相互作用。我们使用活细胞成像方法与共聚焦激光显微镜。我们将α-辅肌动蛋白的黏着斑蛋白（CFP）质粒和β 4整合素的半桥粒（YFP）质粒双重转染正常人表皮角质形成细胞，以显示细胞外基质粘附的靶点。我们研究了如何抑制细胞-细胞粘附的方法。

The purpose of our study is to examine the dynamic interaction of cell - cell adhesion and cell - extracellular matrix adhesion in the epidermal keratinocytes. We used live cell imaging method with confocal laser microscope. We made dual transfection alpha - actinin of focal adhesion protein (CFP) plasmid and beta4 integrin of hemidesmosome (YFP) plasmid in normal human epidermal keratinocytes to visualize targets of extracellular matrix adhesion. We investigated methods how to inhibit cell - cell adhesion.
