The professional care of a psychiatric nurse for outpatients with major depression who attempted suicide.

摘要本研究旨在探讨精神科护士对门诊有自杀企图或自杀意念之重性忧郁症病患之专业照护。采用扎根理论方法对8名精神科护士进行个别访谈。一个核心类别及其相关的其他六个不同类别被展示;一个核心类别[防止自杀未遂]，类别[连接病人和医生][创造一个休息的空间][建立与病人的家人的合作][鼓励病人和家人之间的关系][教病人的口头表达][鼓励病人增加他们的舒适时间。本研究进一步明确了如何对门诊患者（有自杀意念或自杀未遂的抑郁症患者）进行专业护理。

The aim of this study was to clarify the professional care of a psychiatric nurse for outpatients with major depression who attempted suicide or have suicidal ideation. We analyzed individual interviews being conducted with 8 psychiatric nurses using Grounded Theory approach. A core category and its related other six different categories were demonstrated ;a core category【prevent attempted suicide】, category【connect the patient and doctor】【create a space for rest】【establish cooperation with patient's family】【encourage the relationship between the patient and family】【teach the verbal expression to the patient】【encourage patient to increase their comfortable time. 】 The study made it clearer how to conduct the professional care to the outpatient(with major depression who attempted suicide or have suicidal ideation).
