Food safety control system and effectiveness evaluation of food safety measures- an comparatives study between Japan and Germany-

除了制定必要的措施外，确保这些措施的实施和评估这些措施的有效性在食品安全风险管理中也很重要。本研究对以下几个方面进行了研究：(1)分析了我国官方食品安全控制体系的现状和存在的问题，重点分析了初级生产环节和抽检环节。(2)分析了我国食品安全措施有效性评价的现状和存在的问题，并对日本和德国的食品安全措施有效性评价体系进行了比较。

In addition to developing the necessary measures, ensuring implementation of these measures and evaluating the effectiveness of these measures are important in food safety risk management. In this study the following points were examined; (1) the current situation and problems of official food safety control system are analyzed, focusing on the primary production and sample inspection. (2) the current situation and problems regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness of the food safety measures are analyzed.In examination of these issues, I made comparison between Japanese and German system.
