Development and validation of predictive models for renal function after radical nephrectomy

在肾癌患者中确定了估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR）的独立预测因素，eGFR是肾功能和慢性肾脏疾病（CKD）的指标，慢性肾脏疾病定义为根治性肾切除术（RN）后3年eGFR低于60 ml/min/1.73 m2。在由术前无CKD的非转移性肾癌患者组成的队列中开发了预测术后CKD风险的列线图和预测术后eGFR的公式，并在外部队列中进行了验证。本研究建立的预测模型对肾移植术后3年肾功能的预测准确性较高，可为肾癌的治疗决策提供重要信息。

Independent predictors of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) which is an indicator of renal function and chronic kidney disease (CKD) defined as eGFR less than 60 ml/min/1.73 m2 3 years after radical nephrectomy (RN) were identified in patients with kidney cancer. A nomogram for predicting risk of postoperative CKD and a formula for predicting postoperative eGFR were developed in a cohort consisting of non-metastatic kidney cancer patients without preoperative CKD and validated in an external cohort. The predictive models developed and validated in the current study showed satisfactory accuracy for predicting renal function 3 years after RN, and could provide important information to decide treatment for kidney cancer.
