Prevalence of toxic Staphylococcus aureus and levels of antibody against toxin.

为探讨血清金黄色葡萄球菌中毒性休克抗原抗体水平与治疗效果的关系，我们计划研究金黄色葡萄球菌中毒性休克综合征毒素1(TSST-1)菌株及其抗体在轻微创伤、烧伤和皮肤细菌感染患者中的流行情况。在开始研究之前，我们需要获得道德委员会的批准。我重新准备了学习计划，并注意到了统计分析中的问题。我敏锐地认识到设计临床研究的重要性，并学习了提高研究质量的流行病学方法。

To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum antibody to staphylococcal toxic shock antigen and effect of treatment, We planned to research the prevalence of toxic shock syndrome toxin 1 (TSST-1)-producing stains of staphylococcus aureus and antibody to TSST-1 among patients with minor trauma, burns, and skin bacterial infection. Before initiation of the study, we are required to obtain approval of Ethics Committee. I re-prepared the study plan and noticed the problems with statistical analysis. I keenly realize the importance of the designing clinical research and learned the epidemiological approach to improve the quality of study.
