Study on the mechanism of production and secretion in central nervous system by imaging mass spectrometry

采用免疫组织化学和液质联用(LC/MS)对内源性洋地黄样因子(EDLF)进行定性分析。由于液体样品采用LC/MS联用技术，对细胞和组织进行分析比较困难。成像质谱学可以直接对细胞和组织进行分析。证实了中华大蟾毒和中华大蟾蜍精的质谱图和图示浓度的LC/MS结果，认为成像质谱学可以作为研究EDLF的有用分析工具。

The qualitative analysis of Endogenous digitalis-like factor (EDLF) is used immunohistochemistry and Liquid Chromatography mass spectrometry (LC/MS). LC/MS is applied for the liquid sample; therefore it is difficult to analyze for cell and tissue. Imaging mass spectrometry can directly analyze for cell and tissue. We confirmed the mass spectrum pattern of marinobufotoxin and marinobufagin as well as the result of LC/MS in the concentration of pictogram.Imaging mass spectrometry should be useful analytic tool to study for EDLF.
