Development of Practical Value Co-Creation model for sustainable service

在本研究项目中，我们旨在开发一个服务可持续发展的理论模型。在文献调研的基础上，我们提出了三方价值共创的概念，它由服务提供者、服务接受者和自然三个不同的服务行为者组成。我们将其作为一个分析单位，并进行了开创性的环境可持续项目的案例研究。结果发现，政府在构建三方价值共同创造体系中的作用相当重要，需要行为者之间的知识共同创造。基于研究结果，我们提出了城市生活垃圾管理与保护利用的环境可持续性服务解决方案。

In this research project, we aim to develop a theoretical model for service sustainability. Based on our literature survey, we made the concept of tripartite value co-creation which consists three different service actors; service providers, service recipients, and the Nature. We used it as a unit of analysis and conducted case studies of pioneering environmental sustainability projects. As a result, we found that the role of government to set tripartite value co-creation system is quite important and knowledge co-creation among actors should be needed. Based on the results, we proposed service solutions for environmental sustainability to municipal solid waste management and SATOYAMA conservation and its utilization.
