Moonstar gives a voice and offers more opportunities to people working at the frontline. We are the engagement and retention mobile app for deskless workers. We currently bring together the three areas that actively impact engagement which are company communication, onboarding & training, and recognition. With the help of this Grant we will proactively identify disengagement issues, and, more importantly, trigger specific actions for employees and management to implement. That's what we call Nudges: specific conversation starters and ideas triggered by employees' behaviour. The AI algorithms we plan to research with the help of this Grant and then develop will create an ever-growing library of Nudges, which become more targeted as we gather more data. The end result is a proactive, happier and more engaged workforce.
