由于多年来资金不断减少，加上新冠肺炎疫情加剧，服务需求不断上升，成人护理行业和健康老龄化社区（65岁以上）受到严重削弱。有身体、社会、经济及住屋需要的长者及其相关人士未能获得足够的照顾、产品及服务。建立长者照顾服务平台，将有助长者与机构之间的交流，创造价值。CA将利用和创建一个广泛的、可扩展的消费者和生产者网络，并按需访问资源。创建社区和市场将使老年人和组织能够互动和交易。

The adult care sector and healthy ageing community (65+) are severely weakened by years of declining funding and rising demand for services which Covid-19 has exacerbated. Older people with physical, social, financial and housing (PSFH) needs and their concerned parties fail to receive adequate care, products and services.Building the Care Access (CA) Platform will create value by facilitating exchanges between older people and organisations. CA will harness and create an extensive, scalable network of consumers and producers with resources accessed on-demand. Creating communities and markets will allow older people and organisations to interact and transact.
