This project aims to solve the challenge of patent infringement detection and valuation for SMEs by developing a software tool that utilises NLP and NLG to structure complex patent text and create features for a supervised AI model.The tool will combine patent data and other data sets to identify potential infringers and derive an initial valuation range of a given patent. The output will be refined through a semi-supervised setup with patent experts.
