英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The primary goal of this study is to determine the safe dose of the new anti-cancer drug, MLN8054, in patients with refractory cancers. This will be done through a dose escalation study. Secondary aims are to look at markers of this drug's activity in the skin and tumor tissue, as well as evaluate the clearance of MLN804 through blood tests.
