This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. This study aims to test the hypothesis that in subjects with elevated BP, correcting insufficient sleep amounts reduces cardiovascular risk factors, i.e. lowers BP, inflammatory, and autonomic markers.
